Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer expedited shipping to ensure that it arrives frozen and ready to be enjoyed. It's important to be aware of certain additional considerations when it comes to product delivery. For more details, please refer to our delivery information below:
Shipping Fee:
We provide FREE delivery for all orders over RM200. For orders under RM200, delivery fees will vary based on the delivery areas.
When you place an order for our products, we carefully pack them in insulated containers (styrofoam box) with ice packs to maintain the optimal temperature throughout the delivery process. This helps to preserve the freshness and texture of our products, ensuring that it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Options:
- We are using third party on-demand transportation companies like GrabExpress and Lalamove to deliver our orders.
- When your order is dispatched for delivery, you'll receive a real-time tracking link via WhatsApp.
- Cancellation and modification of the delivery cannot be accommodated once the rider has commenced the order pickup process.
- If you would like to make any changes to your orders, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled order.
Delivery Time Slot Confirmation:
Our delivery time slots are 9am-2pm or 2pm-6pm.
- Upon confirmation of your delivery time slot, kindly ensure that there is someone at home to receive the order within the designated delivery timeframe. When the riders reaches your delivery address, they will either ring the doorbell or get in touch with the recipient using the provided phone number.
- While we make every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered within the chosen time slots, there may be instances when deliveries could be delayed beyond the estimated time due to external factors beyond our control, such as riders availability, traffic, and adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will not be held responsible for delays in deliveries.
- In the event that recipients are unavailable to receive their orders when our riders arrive at the address, the orders will be left in a convenient location.
- We may be unable to attempt multiple deliveries as we cannot guarantee that the third party delivery partners will return the orders to our location. Consequently, your order may be deemed as fulfilled.
- Please be aware that we will not accept responsibility for the condition of the products if they are received in less than satisfactory condition under these circumstances.
Deliveries for multiple stories buildings:
- For buildings with multiple stories like condominiums, flats and commercial buildings, the riders will deliver the order to the recipient at the area where they can be easily accessed, such as the lobby, waiting area, or designated drop-off point.
- Please inform us in advance if you would like the rider to leave the order at the lobby, with the receptionist, guardhouse, or any other designated location where parcels can be securely placed. Please note that we will not be held responsible for the condition of the items once they have been left in the specified location as per your instructions.
